Colour Package
Decided it’s time to update ýour room, that you love the colours used in a certain style. You want to add colour to your room, but your not sure it’s the right thing to do. Then let us help you, that’s what we are good at. We can give you colour selections for your paints. We can make it compliment your current flooring or suggestion colour to match your walls. Make your room warm and inviting, or cool and clean.
The Colour Package includes the name of the main paint colour, any accent colours, colours for accessories, and the amount to use, furniture colour advice if not using current furniture, floor colours if needed and finally any colours for window treatment of needed. All colours selections are presented with a sample board demonstrating the overall scheme. This does not include final selction.
What we need from you:
- Room dimensions,
- window location and size,
- doors,
- flooring – as they are, or preference of type,
- any images you have that demonstrates what you enjoy,
- any furniture decor to be used images.
- how the room is used
This service can be offered totally a e-Design, or as a Consult.
Price $260(AU) excluding GST
Pricing is based on 1-2 standard 10.5m2 room.
Selections
Time for a new room, time to replace the loved but old and worn lounge, but not sure how to go about it, there are so many options out there. Haven’t got the time to shop around, or just do not enjoy the in and out of cars parks (who does!). That’s what we are here for. We can do all the hard work for you. We will do all the running around and pricing, you can just sit back relax and wait for us give you the details.
The Selections Package includes colour scheme, paint colours, flooring selection (if needed), furniture selection, window treatment selection, decor recommendations, styling accessories, art recommendation, layout plan. A full selections specification including ordering details, along with a sample board of the room
What we need from you:
- All from Colour Selection plus,e,
- doors,
- flooring – as they are or preference of type,
- any images you have that demonstrates what you enjoy,
- any furniture or decor you still wish to keep,
- how the room is used ,
This Service can be offered totally as an e-Design, or as a Consult, or a combination.
Price $560 + (AU) excluding GST
Pricing is based on 1 standard room ~18m2 This package does not include Kitchens, Bathrooms or full Open living Areas.
Spatial Planning
Kitchen or Bathroom
It’s time to bring your kitchen into the modern age, or make the bathroom a relaxing and enjoyable space, a place to “show off”. But they are complicated spaces, with all the bad stuff going on – electricity and water- and your space seems never big enough. After researching you find you are now just more confused. That is what we are for. We take all the heartache out of the process, making sure all designs follow local and government standards and guidelines. We walk through the mine fields of decisions, give you updates technology and just let you pick your favorite.
This is not a fixed package, you get what you require, but starts with layout, and functionality. The final draft plan detailing the whole room details ready for the various trades to work from. Finally the full finishes and selections to complete the whole build. All stages have 3D images to help visualise.
What we need from you:
- All from colour and selections packages plus,
- the choice of kitchen layout, eg island, galley, open living,
- the (dreaded) budget.
This Service can be offered as an e-Design, but is best as a Consult, or a combination.
Price $950 +
Pricing is dependant on size and complexity of the space. The cost of the service is dependant upon how much you want the designer to do, and will be indicated at the time of the initial consultation.
Custom
You are ready to look at making your space all about you, you now. You’ve been watching all these DYI and reno shows, now it’s your turn. You may want to do as much as you can yourself, not sure what you can or are allowed to do, don’t know how to start, maybe your trying to fix attempts that didn’t work out right! The Custom Design option gives the flexibility to achieve all your requirements and outcomes for your are planning, renovation, of remodel within your space. We work with you directly, and give you as much or little design and help as you wish.
We will need an initial consultation to determine the project requirements and your wishes, wants and needs, and determine the the direction we can work in. From this we can determine what will be required from all parties, the processes required, limitations, and finally budget. From this we can set timelines, work requirements, and a schedule of work. We can give you the details you will require for the full completion, or manage the whole project for you. This initial consultation is obligation free.
Price is based on the expected number of hours to complete the job
